COVID-19 Protocol Module Now Available

Syscon is aware of the strain put on your agency as a result of the COVID-19 crisis. To help you ensure the safety of your staff and offender populations we have developed a COVID-19 Protocol module for distribution to all clients.

As a gesture of gratitude for your continued service to our communities, we are providing it free to all agencies using Syscon software. This module is compatible with all software versions and leverages existing functionality in our system to enable rapid deployment.

Functionality includes:

  • COVID-19 Assessment Questionnaires
  • Care In Placement (special housing assignment) for Medical Quarantine
  • Timed Observations for Individuals with COVID-19 (configurable)
